1. Digital Products Only

GUIDE HR sells exclusively digital products including e-books, templates, planners, and business resources. These are electronic files delivered electronically through download. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered electronically via secure download links. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive:

• Immediate access to download your purchased digital product(s)
• A confirmation email with download instructions sent to your registered email address
• A secure download link tied to your specific purchase

3. Delivery Timing

Digital delivery typically occurs immediately after successful payment verification. In most cases, you will have access to your purchased products within minutes of completing your order.

In rare cases, payment verification may take a short time (usually 1-2 hours). You will receive an email notification when your product is ready for download.

4. Download Access

Download links are generated securely and are tied to your order. The following download limitations apply:

• Maximum of 3 download attempts per purchase
• Download links expire after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Each download link is unique and can only be used once

5. File Format

Our digital products are delivered in PDF format. PDF files can be opened on any device with a PDF reader, including:

• Android phones and tablets
• Linux devices

PDF files can also be printed if needed for your personal or internal business use.

6. Download Issues

If you experience any issues downloading your product, please try the following steps:

• Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions that may interfere
• Clear your browser cache and try again

7. Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

• Order ID and purchase details
• Product name and description
• Download instructions
• Support contact information

8. No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. You will not receive any physical items via mail or courier. All delivery is electronic through our secure download system.

9. International Delivery

As a digital product store, our delivery is available worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions for downloading digital products. You can access your purchased products from anywhere with an internet connection.
